How it Works

Our Friday lunches feature thoughtfully repurposed ingredients from the week — fresh, organic, and just as delicious

  • On Fridays of each week, we release a few lunch options using leftover ingredients from the week. You’ll find:

    • One entrée

    • One plant-based entrée (vegan)

    • One side dish

    *All meals are available à la carte on Friday only, only while supplies last.

  • Order online for convenience or walk in and pay at the counter.

    Lunch pickup/walk-ins will be from 11:45am-1pm.

    Online orders can be picked up til 6pm, at the ReThink counter.

  • Your meals are prepared fresh the day of pickup using thoughtfully sourced ingredients, with an emphasis on organic produce and nutrient-dense foods. No batch freezing. No reheating from yesterday. Because our meals are prepared fresh each day, we limit daily orders to uphold our standards for quality and care.

  • The menu contains an allergen section that includes the 9 major allergens and which are contained in the meal (milk, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, soy, fish, crustacean shellfish, and sesame).
