How it Works

Fresh, thoughtfully prepared meals—made simple. Here’s how Fresh Harvest works from menu release to pickup.

  • On Friday of each week, we release a rotating menu inspired by seasonal ingredients. You’ll find:

    • One entrée

    • One plant-based entrée (vegan)

    • One side dish

*All meals are available à la carte, so you can order what works best for you.

  • Choose the meals and pickup days that fit your schedule. Orders must be placed by 12pm same day to ensure everything is prepared fresh.
Ex: Order by Tuesday 12pm for Tuesday pickup.

  • Your meals are prepared fresh the day of pickup using thoughtfully sourced ingredients, with an emphasis on organic produce and nutrient-dense foods. No batch freezing. No reheating from yesterday. Because our meals are prepared fresh each day, we limit daily orders to uphold our standards for quality and care.

  • Pick up your meal between 5:00–6:00 PM on your scheduled pickup day at:

    reTHink
    1544 S 13th St, Terre Haute

Take it home and enjoy a nourishing, flavorful meal—without the stress of cooking or cleanup.

  • The menu contains an allergen section that includes the 9 major allergens and which are contained in the meal (milk, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, soy, fish, crustacean shellfish, and sesame).
